Fall in the Vail Valley
Fall came about 3 weeks early to Vail Colorado. Our summer was amazing with a significant increase in real estate activity. As we are in the height of our "off season", this tends to be a great time to get out and replenish prior to what is forcast to be a busy ski season. The good news is that above average snowfall is also predicted. In the mean time, please enjoy this image of our amazing colors in the Rocky Mountains.

Doug
